• The last thing you will probably ask yourself during the stress of moving home is ” Do you have ALL the keys to your new home?”  The answer to this is probably NO!  More than half of homes have keys with people other than the residents of those properties (family, friends or neighbours). This is even more common in the rental sector.
• Many homes are burgled within the first year of the new owners moving in. Homes with security upgrades are also much less likely to be broken into.
• Another little known fact is that if you have moved home and have not changed your locks, some Insurance Companies will not pay out if you are broken into.
• We can change one lock to your front door and one lock to your back door for only £90. Additional locks will be £40 each. We can also carry out a FREE security check on the rest of the property and advise you where the security needs to be increased.
